Our
approach to food is simple. . . start with the freshest ingredients, add seasonally appropriate menus, and made-from-scratch
recipes, and serve food that you would actually want to eat. Rather than gambling on a staffing service, our
friendly, experienced staff are dedicated to ensuring that the highest level of service is provided. Low employee turn-over
is an excellent reflection of any business, and we can proudly say that many of our staff have been with us for
more than ten years.
Our individualized planning starts with
your ideas and preferences, instead of set menus or packages. We then suggest a menu that will compliment
them, taking into account the time of year and time of day of your event. You may not need certain
items or services and be able to save in some areas, or you may need additional items and services beyond an average package.
Pricing is based upon the anticipated number of guests and the selected menu and services. Since
we don’t like to be surprised by hidden costs or charges either, our price is usually all-inclusive. This
means that instead of being billed separately for food, staff, rentals, and incidentals, we try to charge one price per person
that covers everything.
